Works involve the demolition of the existing building, installation of an intricate temporary steel retaining structure and construction of a new four storey reinforced concrete and steel frame structure including a new basement, ground and four upper floors with roof terraces.
The ground floor and basement will provide a mix of Class A1/A3 while the upper floors will provide Class B1 offices.
